The Babywearing Workout 28-Day Health Challenge

May 6, 2014

Are you ready for summer?

When: June 1st

What: 28-Day Health Challenge

Why: Get yourself in check for a happy, healthy & fun filled season of sun!

in 28 days enjoyThis time around we’ve teamed up with Baby Hawk who will be sponsoring our challenge by giving away one of their awesome Mei Tai baby carriers EACH WEEK throughout the event.

I am so excited to have them joining us, after all, my Baby Hawk was my go-to carrier for most of my daughter’s first year. In fact, that is exactly the carrier I was wearing while filming The Babywearing Workout™!

Babyhawk logo greyI now have four kids, which helped me realize the need for other high-quality carriers.  We have expanded our product offering since making the first BabyHawk Mei Tai to include the Oh Mei!, a hybrid carrier that borrows the best qualities of the Mei Tai and a soft structured carrier!  Between our two carrier styles, we have all of your baby wearing needs covered; you can safely and stylishly carry a newborn, weight 8 lbs., to a toddler, weighing 45 lbs.  The same carrier can be used by all family members because we’ve created ways for one carrier to fit multiple sized individuals.

babyhawk0002 copyAll of our carriers are made in Oceanside, CA, of 100% cotton chino twill and 100% quilting-quality cotton.  When purchasing a BabyHawk, you have the knowledge that while you’re supporting your baby with an excellent carrier made of high-quality materials, you’re also supporting the local economy.

Thank you,
Robyn Bellovich, President & CEO
Babyhawk

Here’s the 28-Day Health Challenge:

  • Get The Babywearing Workout™ DVD or Download HERE.
  • Get a safe carrier that will allow you to be hands free (check HERE for more info)
  • Join our private Facebook Group HERE (This is where the Challenge will be hosted)
  • Commit to getting 30 mins of exercise 5 days a week with at least 3 of those using The Babywearing Workout™.
  • Commit to drinking more water and getting more sleep (I know that sleep part is hard Mama’s but do your best!)
  • Commit to cleaning up your diet (this next part of the program is optional but HIGHLY recommended if you want serious long lasting results!)

Exercise is very very important but if you are not giving your body the nutrition it needs to work then you won’t have long term positive results. The world is full of pollution, toxins, stress and food that is devoid of nutrition. We expect so much from our amazing bodies but many times we don’t consume the fuel necessary for the body to do it’s job.

WARNING!

If you accept this Challenge it WILL lead to optimum health and will dramatically change your body on a CELLULAR LEVEL!

I hope to lose a little weight from my fifth baby. After five kids I am about 5 pounds over weight. I would like to lose 5-10 pounds to be ideal for my body type. I would like to be comfortable in my clothes. I am still nursing my 17 month old son. I would love to do the two shakes a day plus juice but I just don’t have the money. I stay at home with my five kids and homeschool them. I just don’t have the extra money for just me. I would love to win the babyhawk. I have wanted one forever! Most of all I just want to be happy with my body again. I already own the video and love the workout. Hopefully that will be enough to change my body a little. Thanks for hosting this. It really helps to have others doing the same workout and encouraging each other to keep going. Good luck to everyone!
