This time around we’ve teamed up with Baby Hawk who will be sponsoring our challenge by giving away one of their awesome Mei Tai baby carriers EACH WEEK throughout the event.

Here’s the 28-Day Health Challenge:
- Get The Babywearing Workout™ DVD or Download HERE.
- Get a safe carrier that will allow you to be hands free (check HERE for more info)
- Join our private Facebook Group HERE (This is where the Challenge will be hosted)
- Commit to getting 30 mins of exercise 5 days a week with at least 3 of those using The Babywearing Workout™.
- Commit to drinking more water and getting more sleep (I know that sleep part is hard Mama’s but do your best!)
- Commit to cleaning up your diet (this next part of the program is optional but HIGHLY recommended if you want serious long lasting results!)
Exercise is very very important but if you are not giving your body the nutrition it needs to work then you won’t have long term positive results. The world is full of pollution, toxins, stress and food that is devoid of nutrition. We expect so much from our amazing bodies but many times we don’t consume the fuel necessary for the body to do it’s job.
If you accept this Challenge it WILL lead to optimum health and will dramatically change your body on a CELLULAR LEVEL!
Say “YES” to the following:

Do 30-60 minutes of moderate exercise at least four days a week.

If you are an athlete or in training feel free to increase portion size to accommodate high energy expenditure.
